LATEST NEWS … El Injerto (Pacamara) is the 2010 Guatemala Cup of Excellence winner - congratulations to Carlos (Sr. and Jr.) Aguirre!
We buy their mixed varietal of Bourbon & Catuai; it provides a more balanced cup than some of their specific varietals. This produces a more of an Antiguan style rather than classic HueHue; rich bold body with dark chocolate, cocoa flavours but distinctive orange tangy acidity. the best thing about this coffee is that it is consistently good from year to year!
