Mt Top Estate - Bin 478 … is a more classic specialty coffee; clean fruity sweetness of tropical fruits, sweet lime like acidity and round creamy body. It is more clean then 35, has more acidity and is very suitable for use in drip filter, siphon or French press, but equally useful as a lighter fruitier style espresso. This a semi-washed coffee, sourced from red-purple coloured fruit, pulped, then washed but with some of the mucilage remaining.
